Meet Seçkin
Nihat and myself are 2 old friends who cook and host together. We call us the "2 in 1 Team" After my long studies in hospitality management, I finally finished this journey graduating from Culinary Arts Academy of Istanbul. And yes, I am a trained chef :) My cooking enthusiasm took me from renting a food stall in Camden Lock Market in London to cooking for yoga retreats and pop-up events in Istanbul. Now, I am a freelance chef and have been baking cakes and making desserts at home for coffee shops since 2015. I've never stopped cooking for big family and friend gatherings at our home since my graduation. And now, we would like to see you at home, too.
Nihat was born in İstanbul in 1979. He is working in an international hotel chain as a manager. However food is his passion. He graduated from Culinary Art Academy and had some experiences in different kitchens after the academy. He is mainly interested in seafood, specially sushi. He has a company that is suitable for Turkish taste and personal serving (Sushicim). Additionally, his biggest source of motivation is to meet new people and see the smile on their faces after they ate his flavor sushi.

The Atmosphere
Our lovely place is located in Moda, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods on the Asian side of Istanbul. Our house is in three minute distance from the seaside. So, you can have a lovely walk after your dinner (especially in summer time)
The food
I did mention that we are two in one, right ? Yes, we are two trained chefs, which means you can taste many varieties of foods with us. As Nihat specialized his training with sushi, I can make artisanal delicatessen for you. Beside, we will cook local dishes with native recipes using ingredients come from the villages.
On the other hand, this synergy leads you to try modern Turkish cuisine in fusion form due to our discussions on finding the perfect taste. Afiyet olsun!
