My name is Mohammad Alard. I am gastronomy student at Lecordon Blue Istanbul third year learning new things every year. For me, food is a pattern of rhythms that connect local ingredients and culture together creating. an outstanding symphony of experience. I would be very lucky if I got the chance to further my horizons in traveling and explore the beauty of culture and food. Cook and learn from grandmas all over the world. I've grew up in different middle eastern environments moving from my city Damascus in Syria to Sharjah in UAE then Cairo, and Jeddah experiencing and tasting different Arabic food until I come to turkey and experience the beauty of Turkish cuisine ending up studying French cuisine to combine several regions together in my cooking. My cooking is based on combining, fusion and trail and error to achieve something new and interesting. I am left with one year hope somehow to be done soon!
