Meet Ayşe
I’m a proud mother of four and a grandma of two. My favorite thing to do at home is to cook and watch the happy faces of others enjoying what I have prepared for them. Those who want to taste home cooked authentic food from an experienced mum’s kitchen should join my table. Besides cooking I love to travel, meet new cultures and new people.
Spoken languages
Only Turkish, but my daugther and son in law, both are fluent in English.
The Atmosphere
I live on the Anatolian side of İstanbul and will host you together with my daugther and my son in law, both very interesting characters indeed My place represents the urban family lifestyle of Turkey and is a very cozy apartment. In summer I move to Bodrum and host my guests in my summer house.
The food
Mum's Kitchen
At my place count the memories and not the calories I make sure that all ingredients are local and fresh. I’m from Kayseri, which is located in Central Anatolia and therefore mainly cook dishes from that region.
